Propane is an ideal gas for outdoor use as it can provide functional heat even when cold weather falls below zero degrees celsius. Propane is not to be used indoors under any circumstances.

Propane Cylinder Gas FAQs
How long will a 5kg propane cylinder last?
Typically a 5kg propane gas cylinder can last a minimum of 7 hours for a heating appliance with an energy output of 10 kw/h.
For BBQ’ing you can expect to get around 12-14 BBQs from a 5kg gas cylinder with the appliance being on for around 30 minutes on full power.
How do I return an empty propane gas cylinder?
When your propane gas cylinder is empty, come back and order a new one from us remembering to select ‘Yes’ when asked ‘Do you have an empty cylinder to return?’. We will then collect your empty cylinder and deliver your new one.
Will I get a refund on my gas cylinder service charge?
Our propane gas service charge is €45. We will refund this once an empty cylinder has been returned to us.
Can propane gas cylinders be used indoors?
No. They are not to be used indoors. We have indoor gas cylinders such as FloGas Butane and EasyGas for indoor use.
